Regarding your Sales Representatives:- Mr. Trevor W. Johnston, (ABR, SRES) and Susan Merriman
My wife, Paula Greenberg, and I, David Pritchard, wanted to downsize in our residence needs as we are heading into our retirement. Ten years into our second marriage and histories of relocations, one could understand a certain level of cynicism on our parts about sales people. Neither one of us could relate a story of expertise by Real Estate sales representatives from any of our moving histories.
During the latter part of April that cynicism changed. Let me tell you how this developed.
Trevor, a brother of one of my work colleagues, had been recommended to try. After going through our interview process at home he surpassed “the final list” of sales agents – one who had prior familial history, one who was the “best” in the field, as he kept overstating, and one, whom, I thought would serve us well from work, as he was already accustomed to the Real Estate field.
Trevor Johnston demonstrated to us the professionalism required in this field of real estate sales. He would not compromise his ethics for the sake of a sale which a client would not like in the long run (after the sale).
The partnership approach by himself and his wife, Susan Merriman, made us relax through all the ups and downs anyone could experience in purchasing a home. Having shown us a home which we really wanted they worked tirelessly to ensure we would take possession, a sacrificial quality we’re sure their family would appreciate if they could witness it. It is because of this professionalism that Trevor Johnston and Susan Merriman have never forgotten the first rule of salesmanship – they too, are people!
Paula Greenberg and myself, David Pritchard, take pleasure and pride in recommending your Sales Representatives, Trevor Johnston and Susan Merriman in any future sales endeavors.
Thank you for reading this letter of gratitude and appreciation.
